Every year, Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Higher Secondary Level exam to determine eligible candidates for the posts of LDC and DEO in various Central govt. departments / ministries etc. Huge number of candidates in Millions apply for these posts. In 2014, a total of 24,38,010 candidates appeared for the test conducted on 02.11.14, 09.11.14, 16.11.14, and re-examination of some candidates on 15.02.2015 & 11.04.2015. Last year in 2013, a total of 22,24,981 candidates have appeared for this exam conducted on various dates in October and November months. This shows the competition level of CHSL exam. The expected cut off 2014 will be replaced by Official CHSL 2014 Cut off after declaration. The expected cut off carries variation of +-5 marks.
